Family is my NO.1 Best Friend

*FRIENDSHIP*

~ HAPPY FRIENDSHIPS DAY~

Friendship (noun)

"F-R-I-E-N-D-S-H-I-P" : a state of mutual trust

                                         and support between two

                                         people

For me friendship has always been kind of convoluted.

I have many friends who I usually end up quarreling

with. They bear me, and I truly love them for that.

There are many kinds of amities, they can be between

you and your teachers, school friends, family friends, boyfriends/ girlfriends, for the elder crowd, husbands/wives, colleagues too but the most important friendship of all is the one with our parents and siblings. We usually forget the kind of bond we have with them. Before resuming I have a question for you all :

Have you all ever seen any person who is lonely(in a real sense)? No, am I right?

This is because all of us have our families and friends with us all the time, they are with us through our ups and downs, thick and thin, ebb and flow etc.

They are like our furry little pets who don't get tired of playing with us, they show unselfish kindness towards us, worry about us when we are away, all of these things are true. They never reveal these kinds of things, not in front of us. That's what makes the bond with our family different from other kinds.

What do y'all think, what is the basis of friendship? Equality?Compassion? Honesty? yes but the most necessary of all is TRUST.

Trust is a small word but possesses great meaning and value, it explains a lot about one individual. Whenever I make new friends the first attribute I look for is whether

I can trust them or not. I didn't find many people with

that kind of characteristic, so I, after being unsatisfied with the outcome decided to nurture the friends I

already have and make the relation with them

stronger than ever. As I always say  "it's the quality that matters not the quantity.

Why do we need to trust our friends? This question often pops up in our minds. We need to believe in them so that we know that they will safeguard our secrets, secrets that we can't tell anyone but them. It shows the camaraderie.

True friendship is when someone knows you better than yourself and takes a position in your best interest in a crisis. From a very young age we begin to form friends: in our childhood - teachers, in adolescence - classmates or mutuals, when we grow up and start working, colleagues play the role of our friends,

but at the end of the day family will always be our #1 friend. Many people including me think that why family, they won't relate to us because they are not of our age, they haven't faced the kindred situations as we have..., family because they will have our backs at all times, they have experienced life more than us, they might have gone through instances in life similar to ones we might be stuck in, which enables them to guide us through complications or difficulties we face. Friendship is a ship that sometimes sinks in time, but the one my friends and I ride is just fine.

Before bidding farewell until next time,I would love to share this quote with all of you that I resonate with, written by Walter Winchell "A real friend is the one who walks in, when the rest of the world walks out."

Always remember that it is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold! Sending virtual hugs to all of you and toast to the friends that have been there always and forever.
